Fly Away.....   5.16.2003 ............... Dan is going home.... :( So, tonight was the last night I was able to go out to dinner with Dan until he comes back from his summer break. We went out to an Indian restaurant, and then to get coffee. While we were sitting around drinking our coffee (tea for Dan) we got to talking about his apartment, and how it needed to be cleaned. I was all excited. I LOVE to clean other people's places.... Yeah... I'm a little odd. My apartment of course is crazy cluttered.... but I would much rather clean someone else's mess than my own. So I had a grand old time helping him clean. I even got to put together some of those metal cube thingys.... hmm.... what does this say about me? Anyway... back to the point... Dan is leaving.... now who am I going to go out to dinner with??? Who am I going to subject to my constant ranting about work? I am so proud of Dan though. He is so intellegent, and even if I give him a hard time all to often, I really respect him, and what he wants to do with his life... and yes Dan, I now know actually know what that is.... study sewers forever right? j/k.... I'm also excited that he will be back in the 'burgh for yet another year to finish up at CMU as a grad student.... now all I have to do is convince you to stay..... yeah right.... that'll happen - probably as likely as Mike finding the squirell of his dreams in AZ. Congratulations Dan... I'll miss ya!
